Stor-All managers flee

ELKO - Managers of a local storage business are accused of staging a burglary late Sunday night using the same mode of operations they allegedly used in similar burglaries in two other states.

Tracy and Gerald Ash, managers of Stor-All, called at about midnight Monday to report the business was burglarized, Elko Police Capt. Aaron Hughes said.

They reported two computer towers which contained video surveillance and an unknown amount of cash from the safe were missing, Hughes said.

There were no signs of forced entry and the fence, door and safe were left unlocked, he said.

Officers looking in a trash bin at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital for evidence in an unrelated case found the two computers that have surveillance footage of the Ashes burglarizing the business, Hughes said.
