ELKO - The Nevada Highway Patrol released information identifying the victims in a McDermitt-area rollover accident on U.S. 95 that left two people dead.
Tammi McKee, 17; Thomas Cota, 26; and Wacfy Jo Dick, 16, were ejected from a 1991 Ford F350 pickup that rolled at approximately 3:15 a.m. Thursday.
McKee and Cota died. Dick was transported to Humboldt County General Hospital and later flown to Renown Medical Center in Reno.
Following the rollover, two vehicles driving through the dark and dusty accident scene accidentally struck at least one of the occupants ejected from the vehicle.
The NHP previously reported it was unclear whether the two fatalities were a result of the rollover accident or by being struck by the other vehicles.
